Shipping
Your doorbell ships within 1-2 working days after your order. Each unit is carefully inspected and adjusted before shipment. Delivery times vary by location; feel free to contact us for a more accurate estimate. We use DPD for deliveries within the Netherlands and TNT for other locations. Returns
Doorbell returns are accepted within 14 days. To initiate a return, kindly complete our RMA Support Form, and our team will promptly reach out to assist you. Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories. For more info, visit our RMA Procedure page.

Flush mount
If you want to integrate your Robin doorbell completely into the wall, the flush mount is the option for you. Thanks to the smart design, the doorbell seamlessly blends into the wall while retaining the benefits of the up and down lights and creates a great eye-catcher for your entrance.
Surface mount
If you don’t want or can’t integrate the Robin doorbell into the wall, there is a beautiful surface mount solution available. By minimalistic design, it’s only 4,5 cm or 1,77 inch thick.
The surface-mounted variant comes with a standard black surface-mounted box. Opting for the surface-mounted box in the same color as the frame incurs an additional cost. This is necessary as we must color it simultaneously with the frame to ensure uniformity for the best visual effect.
